Ministry Impact

The need for pastoral support and spiritual guidance for public safety personnel is greater today than ever in history. Chaplains understand the stress, pressure, and discouragement that are a part of the employee’s daily life. Law enforcement and fire department personnel experience emotional extremes as they respond to their calls. Situations arise where departmental employees may not be able to discuss events with outsiders, except the chaplain. Chaplains are impartial, empathetic, and maintain confidentiality.
