The Samaritan Inn Ministry provides lodging for families
who experience medical emergencies while traveling through Montgomery or have a
need for Baptist Health's neonatal facility. Referrals for this ministry must
come through hospital caseworkers or chaplains. Elaine Morgan serves as
Director of the Samaritan Inn Ministry.
This ministry meets a family's basic needs such
as housing, food, and emotional support during this difficult time. The
actual provision of a Christian volunteer to each family is the most
important part of this ministry.
